As per our bistronomique concept all our ingredients are selected with care and in the best quality. You will find the oysters "Spécial" from France that you can enjoy them during this period. A home made Terrine as a "paté" will give a feeling that you are in french home. For the vegetarians we can offer the Egg Bio in 63° "type poché" which is served with a fresh truffle from Italy. Try this typically french starter!
We improved our "Signature of chef" the Lamb with a wonderfull condument cooked lovingly in house with iberian chorizo, peppers, ginger and citronella. And all this under the "Italian touch" served with artichokes and parmegiano.
